This property is located in the small mountain village of Ritya, 6 km from the nearest town Dryanovo and 30 km southwest of Veliko Tarnovo.
The village is very small, with traditional old houses. The property is located in the uppermost part of the village. It consists of two land plots - one within the village borders with an area of 2,208 sq.m and the adjacent agricultural land plot with an area of 6,545 sq.m. Thus the land size is about 2 acres. The property has a south-west slope. There are several buildings on the property. The largest of them is an impressive two-story brick house with spacious rooms and a terrace with a view. The ground floor consists of a large entrance hall and three rooms. A wide internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a large corridor with access to the terrace and three rooms with high ceilings. A staircase leads to the attic space, which is practically another floor. The house has many beautiful traditional features including wooden ceilings, railings, doors. It needs restoration. Next door is another residential building in poor condition, but it also has beautiful beams, wooden floors, stone slabs on the roof. The last building is an impressive stone barn with an area of about 200 square meters, on two floors. The property has a borehole for water supply, as well as electricity.
